We will ship anywhere within Ontario. Shipping costs is fixed at $10.00 via Purolator. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days from point of sale. If you are a US resident, you may place your order by visiting FRAMESI - USA (NORTH AMERICA) Anywhere outside of the US and Canada, such as Europe and Asia, please visit FRAMESI CORPORATE OFFICE
There are no Refunds. Only Credt to your Accounts. We do not accept returns on any opened items. If your customer has purchased your item from your salon or retail store that would have to be taken cared for between you, Salon Owner and your customer. Any UNopened and sealed items can be returned within 14 days of receipt and will only be credited to your account for future purchases. All returns must be returned with a copy of your invoice from Milano. Customer will also be resposible for shipping and costs of shipping on returns as well as possible re-stocking fees. Any Promotiional Offers, Deals, Clearanced Items, Discounted Items are NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable.
Our Italian Style Team Members always enthusiatic about introducing and teaching everything you need to know about the latest fashion trends and styles and how to apply the technical aspects of the products. You may contact our Head Office to schedule a Professional Sales Rep to visit you and show you products and promos offered. After, we will set up a time and date for an ITS member do presents a demo or full educational class. This can be done at the Milano Academy or right in your Salon or Shop. Classes are usually schedule anytime from Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. If any other day or time is needed, we can do our best to setup a special day and time between ITS member and Client.
